This is what whine is for us: not a job, but a great passion that continuously makes us search for the truth behind each one. For this reason, in our restaurant, you’ll find wines produced by men that love them as much as us: men that, following the territory and the natural cycles, wake up at dawn to dynamize the water to make the biodynamic preparations and blush when you tell them that their wine is very good.
