Our Brasserie’s atmosphere is down to earth, spontaneous, lively, just like our plates that we invite you to taste. But, before focusing on the menu, take a look around this place: look at the Mediterranean-style tiles, stop in front of the glass vases and their contents, feel right at home when you look at the pots and pans that remind you of old country homes. And, take advantage of the possibility of buying typical Italian products in this place of natural materials and spontaneous flavours.

 

You can savour the spontaneity of the environment and the ingredients that are a part of our daily lives: seasonal fruit and vegetables, fresh fish, grains, legumes… served only with extra-virgin olive oil and no sauces from beyond the Alps.

 

Returning to one’s origins, even if only for a few hours, is always something that is good for us, eating with no animal fats or sugars, preferring brief cooking times and cooking methods, like grilling, searing and steaming, that respect the produce.

 

Everything starts with the ingredients: we love looking for special ingredients with a particular inclination for small, superior-quality producers of the Pomodorino del Piennolo del Vesuvio DOP, of Menaica anchovies, Salina capers and other Slow Flood associates.

 

We even make our pizza with the same philosophy, respecting long raising times, choosing dough with Khorasan wheat and for celiacs, and cooking it only in a wood-burning oven. You will taste our mainly natural wines and our artisan beers produced by the best Italian micro-breweries: simply because we love the flavor that remains even once we’ve left the Brasserie.
