Be Safe, Be Sweet.

Your wellbeing and comfort are important to us. With the help of a team of experts and in compliance with the provisions of national and international health authorities (WHO) as regards Covid-19, we have drawn up this #besafebesweet protocol to protect the health of our guests and all of our staff.

1.  Room sanitation and hygiene

At each departure, the room and bathroom are sanitised, disinfected and aired for at least 60 minutes. A more frequent cleaning of air conditioning systems is carried out. We have maximised the inflow of external air and the frequency of filter cleaning using appropriate disinfectants.

2.  Personal protection equipment for guests and hotel staff

Specific personal protective equipment has been provided for hotel staff. Guests will also find several hand sanitiser gel dispensers in all public areas and in the hotel's bars and restaurants.

3.  Sanitation and reorganisation of common areas

All of the hotel's common areas are sanitised and disinfected several times a day using special equipment. Areas have been reorganised to ensure social distancing and an adequate level of security. For this purpose, special signs have been set up to help guests maintain an appropriate distance, follow the anti-contagion rules and the correct routes in and out of the hotel and public areas.

4.  Reorganisation of meeting and event areas

Even the spaces and the entrance and exit flows of the meeting and event areas have been completely revised in accordance with the social distancing rules:  all meeting rooms have adapted their capacities and are available in different set-ups to meet any of our guests' requirements.

5. New service modes and food & beverage proposals

Breakfast is a served buffet. Our Chefs have created new proposals for lunch and dinner, favouring local products that are in season, with presentation and serving methods that comply with all safety requirements.

6.  Staff training

All Sweet World staff have been trained in the new procedures and service standards required by the security protocol and certification process.

7. Involvement of our suppliers-partners

Suppliers and partners have adopted the protocol and the new guidelines for the safety of guests and staff.
