Ristorante alla Veneziana is a part of the "Slow Fish" campaign for the sustainability of the sea by avoiding the use of bluefin tuna, tropical shrimp, salmon, swordfish, cod, sharkfish, bottlenose skate, date shells because of the risk of extinction or non-sustainable fishing practices.
